Richard Hadden is a Certified Speaking Professional with a focus on employee
relations and creating a great place to work. He is the co-author of Contented
Cows Give Better Milk: The Plain Truth About Employee Relations
and Your Bottom Line.
Richard’s programs will show you how to make a difference - improve
employee retention, employee relations, and profits in his interactive
keynotes and seminars.
►By examining The Ten Commandments of Leadership, he'll show you:
- How to get your people really committed
- How to let them know you care
- How to enable for peak performance
- Ways to reduce employee turnover
Frequently, the issue that prompts clients to involve Richard in their
improvement efforts is their concern for the need to develop higher levels
of team affinity and output. The existence of unproductive inter-departmental
rivalries, low morale, erratic performance, and low levels of commitment
are usually the signs that initiate this concern. Often, this is attributed
to the belief that people within the organization simply don't want to
contribute at higher levels or work together as a team. Invariably, Richard
finds that quite the opposite is true...they want to, but are discouraged
from doing so either by internal systemic factors or, because they don't
know how.
On the basis of his experience in working with more than fifty teams in
a variety of organizations and cultures, and in directing the development
of a team management process within a Baldrige Award winning firm, Richard
has developed a proprietary approach to improving team performance. Teamworx®
is a tailored process (not a program) designed to
►Build trust:
- Improve communication & cooperation
- Achieve goal clarity & commitment
- Provide tools for sustaining progress
Teamworx® may be effectively used either with discreet organizational
units, or on a cross-functional basis.
